In-stock items: Processed within 1–2 business days.
Custom-made & personalized jewelry: Production takes approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

All orders are shipped with fully insured and trackable express courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS or equivalent).

Every shipment requires a signature upon delivery to ensure maximum security.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

We occasionally offer free worldwide shipping during special promotions.
